About the role

  • Define and execute the roadmap for Partner Powered Wallet solutions, aligning with enterprise goals and market dynamics.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow wallet adoption across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior housing, and other post-acute settings.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Drive new business development and manage existing accounts, tailoring partner solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting on sales activities.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners to expand wallet capabilities and drive mutual growth.
  • Navigate complex, matrixed organizations to secure buy-in and streamline partner integrations.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to deliver seamless partner experiences and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and report on wallet performance, partner engagement, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or partner-driven solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in healthcare or post-acute markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
