About the role

  • Partner with the Chief AI & Technology Officer to define and evolve the Lat61 product vision and roadmap.
  • Own the product backlog, write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features to maximize business impact.
  • Manage trade-offs across scalability, security, and time-to-market.
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders (engineering, product, CX, compliance, partners) and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Map out workflows for AI use cases across cybersecurity, identity protection, and risk management.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform platform differentiation and use-case prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, AI architects, and cryptography teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies; validate delivered features against requirements and ensure readiness for adoption.
  • Act as the voice of the business within engineering and AI teams; facilitate alignment and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in technology, cybersecurity, or AI/ML environments.
  • Product Management experience in a small to medium sized B2B SaaS organization.
  • Strong grasp of data platforms, AI/ML workflows, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Ability to connect business strategy to technical requirements and delivery priorities.
  • Experience translating complex problems into structured requirements, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, and modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a strong orientation toward clarity and alignment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with data lakehouse patterns, open data formats (Parquet, Delta), and vector databases.
  • Bonus: Product Management experience in a SaaS organization building 0-1 products.
