Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and network systems utilizing Go and Java.
• Prepare comprehensive systems design documentation, architectural decision records, and technical specifications.
• Participate actively in technical strategy development, architectural discussions, and roadmap planning for infrastructure advancements.
• Drive the optimization of performance and reliability for mission-critical, globally distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions for real-time data processing and corrections delivery.
• Take ownership of key backend infrastructure components, overseeing their design, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.

• Provide technical advisory and expertise on full system design
• Assist Sales team to understand customer needs and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demos
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
• Lead customers through architecture reviews, deployment planning, and systems integration design
• Support product integration, onboarding and adoption by providing hands-on technical guidance, documentation, and training
• Act as the technical liaison between the customer and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance

Field Application Engineer

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of embedded C++ software for real-time sensor fusion and positioning systems
• Architect robust systems that integrate GNSS receivers, inertial sensors, wheel odometry, cameras and other hardware in dynamic environments
• Drive performance tuning and low-level optimizations across a variety of embedded platforms (ARM, microcontrollers, embedded Linux)
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices across the team
• Own key parts of the embedded stack, from board bring-up and driver development to system-level debugging and performance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — from hardware and firmware to cloud infrastructure and robotics customers — to deliver reliable end-to-end systems
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning
