💰 $21 - $22 per hour
About the role
- Assist students with general questions related to financial aid, billing, and payment options
- Support student appointment prep and provide entry-level appointment coverage as needed
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and shared inbox, in collaboration with student workers
- Help coordinate outgoing communications through email, text, and the myPLNU portal
- Maintain digital content, forms, and documentation on the SFS website and student platform
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and web-based systems
- A student-first, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn
- Experience in student services, customer service, or higher education (preferred)
- Familiarity with systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or TargetX (preferred)
- Experience supporting student workers or working in a team-oriented office (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement
