About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects aligned to business value and strategic objectives
- Write clear, concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams
- Collaborate with clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, and leadership to gather, refine, and document requirements
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and related Agile ceremonies
- Define product roadmap and release plans aligned with business and regulatory priorities
- Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, operational needs, and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
- Partner with QA to validate acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality product releases
- Track metrics, risks, and delivery progress; provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables
- Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or regulated environments strongly preferred
