About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects aligned to business value and strategic objectives
Write clear, concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams
Collaborate with clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, and leadership to gather, refine, and document requirements
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and related Agile ceremonies
Define product roadmap and release plans aligned with business and regulatory priorities
Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, operational needs, and healthcare regulatory requirements
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
Partner with QA to validate acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality product releases
Track metrics, risks, and delivery progress; provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment
Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables
Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or regulated environments strongly preferred
