About the role
- Provide expert advice to predominantly German-speaking customers on our underfloor product portfolio
- Serve as the primary contact for regional planners and architects
- Work closely with product management and marketing to research and document the competitive landscape
- Support customers in their projects to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g., as an electrical installer/technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience advising building services engineering (TGA) design offices and electrical contractors
- Experience in pre-sales/consulting for technically complex products
- Confident in working with standards, regulations and technical drawings
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of construction site processes and experience in project-based work
- High willingness to travel for field service
- Independent and structured working style
