About the role
- Actively acquire commercial customers in the structural shell / façade sector for our brands JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik
- Manage existing customers such as construction companies, precast concrete manufacturers, specialist building supplies retailers, steel distributors, and elevator companies, etc.
- Develop additional market potential, e.g., actively sell new products
- Conduct research activities in the context of projects
- Provide customer support at trade fairs and exhibitions
- Work closely with colleagues from consulting and application engineering, inside sales, and the estimating department
Requirements
- Completed technical or vocational training with commercial understanding, or equivalent qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in the construction industry and in selling consultancy-intensive structural products is desirable
- Willingness to travel within your region and for trade fairs, etc.
- Good knowledge of using an ERP system, ideally ProAlpha
- Strong customer and service orientation
