About the role

  • Active acquisition of commercial customers in the structural shell / façade sector for our brands JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik
  • Management of existing customers such as construction companies, precast concrete plants, specialist construction product dealers, steel distributors, and elevator companies
  • Development of additional market potential, e.g., active sales of new products
  • Conducting research activities as part of project work
  • Customer support at trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from consulting and application engineering, internal sales, and the estimating department

Requirements

  • Completed technical or trade vocational training with commercial understanding, or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in the construction industry and preferably in the sales of consultative structural-shell products
  • Willingness to travel within your region and to trade fairs
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally ProAlpha
  • Strong customer and service orientation, good communication skills, and a pronounced ability to work in a team
