About the role

  • Technical and organizational leadership of a team of 7 structural engineers, technicians and drafters
  • Responsibility for quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of projects in the field of structural design
  • Development and design of technical customer solutions for national and international construction projects – taking into account standards, product requirements and market needs
  • Preparation and review of structural calculations as well as assessment of special solutions in building and civil engineering
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant DIN standards, Eurocodes and legal regulations
  • Technical consulting and training of our customers in the application of our products and software solutions
  • Contribution to the further development of calculation software and tools for structural design

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on structural engineering/structural analysis (structural design)
  • Several years of experience in structural analysis, supplemented by management experience or management potential
  • Confident handling of CAD programs, ERP systems and common structural analysis software (e.g., Dlubal, RFEM, RStab, FRILO, mbAEC)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Solution-oriented, structured and team-oriented working style
  • Relevant leadership experience, including remote or distributed team leadership
