Engineer

• Help us extend and scale the foundations of our AI system in order to power new user capabilities and provide the best possible AI user experience for our customers
• Work directly with subject-matter experts to build ground-truth datasets for eval calibration
• Implement support for emerging agent interoperability standards such as MCP and A2A
• Optimize data extraction performance of document pipelines
• Work directly on agent performance: develop robust retrieval planning algorithms and tool interfaces
• Augment our system's multi-modality capabilities (read/write audio, video, diagrams, structured documents)
