About the role
- Master backend architecture with a focus on payment system management.
- Perform continuous 'Tri-Point Reconciliation' across the portfolio.
- Act as technical partner for Marketing Specialists.
- Oversee data flow within NetSuite for accurate billing of MRR.
- Provide rigorous data oversight of customer records and project setups.
- Monitor project-based billings to ensure milestone accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Operations Management, Economics or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong interest in automation and emerging technologies, including AI tools.
- Strong systems thinking skills.
