About the role

  • Manage the company’s technology operations and serve as one of the primary points of contact for IT-related matters
  • Provide hands-on technical support by troubleshooting software issues, resolving access problems, and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Administer and optimize key tools, platforms, and technology processes to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations while minimizing downtime and disruption
  • Guide and educate employees on technology best practices and security protocols
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and recommend solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues
  • Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Password Managers, Google Suite, Amazon Seller Central, and Vendor Central
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and support teams across different time zones
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear, user-friendly technical guidance
  • Relevant IT support certifications and experience in marketing or advertising industries are a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
