Platform Engineer

• Manage and optimise AWS infrastructure, with a focus on security, cost efficiency, and architecture patterns
• Work closely with other engineering teams (like Commercial, Product, and Tech) to design and implement AWS patterns and ensure adoption across the business
• Support the transition towards SRE practices, including observability, monitoring, and alerting for production systems
• Contribute to a growing serverless environment, building tools and frameworks to enable other teams to operate independently and securely
• Get hands-on with Go (Golang) development and automation, or learn it on the job if you’re experienced in another language
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
