About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships
  • Serve as a customer solutions resource as needed
  • Gather required documentation
  • Prepare, review, and verify documents and relevant information for accuracy
  • Perform common processing while ensuring compliance with standard regulations and processes
  • Administer implementation plans and related client interactions as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners
  • Escalate client implementation and servicing issues as necessary
  • Initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems and applications
  • Provide reports as needed
  • Serve as a peer resource and perform general administrative support as needed
  • Support the relationship manager within PNC's Corporate Banking team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates or equivalent degree
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
  • Knowledge of customer support policies, standards, and procedures
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Decision making and critical thinking
