About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the OREO (Other Real Estate Owned) and loan accounting teams
  • Analyze and manage complex loan scenarios, including how loans evolved and were handled
  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze data from multiple sources to guide decisions and next steps
  • Drive process improvement and transformation by converting manual or legacy processes into scalable, automated solutions
  • Strengthen controls, enhance data integrity, and mitigate process risks
  • Lead research, discovery, and interpretation of business requirements for strategic initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to design solutions and solve complex problems
  • Recommend and implement frameworks, methodologies, and processes supporting requirements traceability and execution
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Oversee policy and procedure documentation development and maintenance
  • Lead business analysis efforts across planning, quality assurance, project deployment, and effectiveness evaluation
  • Direct development, analysis, and distribution of complex reporting
  • Mentor, coach, and guide team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree; Education: Bachelors
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong foundation in accounting
  • Knowledge of business needs, business processes, data analytics, decision making, management reporting, prioritization, and Waterfall Model
  • Competencies in analytical thinking, business assessment, business process modeling, consulting, effectiveness measurement, information capture, problem solving, process management, project management, requirements analysis, and software product business knowledge
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • Must be able to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
