About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, enhance, and apply valuation analytics and statistical models to inform marketing decisions
  • Analyze customer, offer, and channel economics to guide prioritization, optimization, and investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain NPV, CLV, and Offer Economics valuation and forecasting models
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to measure performance, estimate incremental impact, and evaluate business trade-offs
  • Analyze customer and marketing data to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support data preparation, exploratory analysis, model development, validation, and performance monitoring
  • Partner with marketing, finance, data, architecture, engineering, analytics, and visualization teams
  • Present business insights to management using visualization technologies and data storytelling
  • Develop algorithms using mathematical, statistical, and machine-learning techniques to predict business outcomes and recommend actions
  • Run analytical experiments to identify product and process optimization opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in data science, advanced analytics, quantitative modeling, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing valuation concepts, including customer lifetime value, offer economics, marketing measurement, or related analytical methodologies
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience typically required at this level
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
