About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult, curate, design, develop, facilitate and/or advise on learning and talent development solutions fulfilling business objectives
  • Provide career development guidance to employees
  • Counsel managers regarding learning and talent strategies and best practices
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure learning and talent priorities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective initiatives
  • Apply project management, consultation, instructional design and technology skills
  • Develop and execute testing, deployment and communication plans
  • Maintain learning and talent solutions
  • Drive innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset
  • Facilitate conversations with senior leaders using data-driven insights to assess skill development needs
  • Enable employee achievement and career journeys through program management delivery and navigation of PNC tools and resources
  • Support Talent Solutions & Delivery initiatives as a member of the Learning & Talent Development Enablement team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / college degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Knowledge of career development, coaching, consulting, curriculum development, facilitation, leadership training and development, organizational development, talent development, talent management, and training delivery
  • Competence in business acumen, HR policies, standards and procedures, HR planning and development, human resources consulting, influencing, talent management, and training and development
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • No required or preferred language assessments
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position
