About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement complex new products and services for clients
  • Analyze requirements and gather deliverables to complete implementations and provide ongoing relationship management
  • Maintain client-specific procedures as needed
  • Provide sales or consultative support to prospects or clients in select deals
  • Identify outside sales opportunities using industry and PNC product/solution knowledge
  • Consult with clients and service partners to gather and use data to establish or update client-specific product/service information
  • Act as project manager and coordinate implementation work performed by others
  • Analyze, assess, and document client requirements
  • Identify customization needs and work with service partners to decide on and implement solutions
  • Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously
  • Facilitate and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Create and maintain project documentation and report on implementation progress
  • Serve as an escalation point and independently resolve implementation and production support challenges
  • Identify and drive development of necessary solutions
  • Ensure positive ongoing client experiences
  • Serve as team subject matter expert
  • Coach staff, Sales, and/or clients when needed
  • Lead team communications and meetings
  • Perform workflow coordination and participate in special projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to service partners and clients as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree
  • Banking industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payments, payment operations, or payment processing is a plus
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, or managing contracts is highly desirable
  • Background in banking, payments, and/or contract review preferred
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management applications
  • Knowledge of customer support policies, standards, and procedures
