About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct the design, execution, and measurement of complex, data-driven workforce strategies
- Align long-term workforce plans with strategy, risk posture, and financial plans across multiple business units
- Monitor internal and external labor market and human capital trends
- Lead advanced multi-horizon, multi-variable scenario planning
- Use data storytelling to drive executive alignment and decision velocity
- Orchestrate senior leader and executive engagement throughout strategic workforce planning
- Integrate workforce planning language and rigor across HR, Finance, and business functions
- Lead change management programs and practices
- Consult on organizational redesign for major work transformations
- Shape operating models for how and where work happens at scale
- Identify talent trends and opportunities with value/risk cases and adoption paths
- Ensure workforce plans deliver cost, productivity, staffing mix, risk, and compliance outcomes
- Drive adoption of workforce planning tools and standards and measure outcomes
- Lead strategic workforce planning governance and standards
- Contribute thought leadership to mature the enterprise workforce planning function
- Maintain subject matter expertise in HR trends, programs, solutions, and annual planning processes
- Translate plans into prioritized actions such as hiring, reskilling, automation pilots, and vendor/contractor decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree stated under Education
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
