About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-workstream strategic technology programs
- Ensure program delivery aligns with enterprise goals, timelines, budgets, and expected business outcomes
- Lead cross-functional program/project teams executing organizational programs in support of corporate strategy
- Manage general and detailed planning stages of highly complex programs/projects
- Influence project decisions to achieve overall program goals
- Develop executive-ready presentations, board materials, and strategic briefings
- Translate complex program data into concise, compelling narratives for CIOs and board members
- Deliver polished decks featuring storytelling, data visualization, and actionable insights
- Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive decision-making
- Advise leadership on program health, risks, and trade-offs
- Design and deliver enterprise-level reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs
- Synthesize financials, resource data, and delivery metrics into forward-looking insights and recommendations
- Drive consistency and rigor in program reporting across initiatives
- Oversee budget forecasting, financial tracking, and resource strategy across large-scale programs
- Identify optimization opportunities across cost, capacity, and delivery performance
- Establish and enforce program governance frameworks, standards, and controls
- Champion and enhance Agile ways of working, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Drive scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across delivery teams
- Evaluate program implementation and effectiveness and recommend enhancements
- Mentor other program managers
- Team with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and consistent experiences across distribution channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Program/project management experience in technology, operations, or enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting CIOs, executive leadership, and board-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to create, curate, and present executive-level and board-quality materials with strong storytelling and visual clarity
- Experience coaching and mentoring program/project managers and leading through influence
- Advanced expertise planning and managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple dependencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and scaling practices
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with program management tools, reporting platforms, data visualization tools, and agents such as Copilot and Claude
- Advanced PowerPoint, storytelling, and executive communication expertise
- Typically requires a university/college degree; education section specifies a Bachelor's degree
- Industry-relevant experience typically 8+ years
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
