About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform premium client service activities and initiatives across a broad range of products and services
- Own and resolve client problems, serving as the sole point of contact when possible
- Investigate and resolve complex inquiries involving products, services, and issues from all service channels
- Support affluent clients, including clients with multiple products in their PNC relationship
- Maintain elevated levels of client satisfaction consistent with PNC’s core values
- Demonstrate quality in client and service partner interactions
- Document client interactions and complete service requests to minimize client effort
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree required
- Typically requires 3+ years of experience
- Related experience or product knowledge
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
