About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement, operate, and support access management services, including secure provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Execute workforce and non-human identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver events
  • Troubleshoot IAM incidents, provisioning failures, and data aggregation issues
  • Own and administer the SailPoint IdentityNow platform
  • Configure identity profiles, access profiles, provisioning policies, and lifecycle states
  • Implement access certifications, entitlement reviews, remediation workflows, role models, access policies, and governance controls
  • Support audit and compliance activities, including evidence collection and access review remediation
  • Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and on-premises or hybrid systems
  • Design account and entitlement aggregation for applications
  • Partner with application owners to define access models, provisioning behavior, and governance requirements
  • Develop SailPoint transforms, workflows, rules, and forms
  • Automate access requests, approvals, and provisioning processes
  • Improve identity data quality and correlation logic
  • Monitor SailPoint job schedules, aggregations, and provisioning execution
  • Analyze errors and trends to improve reliability and reduce operational toil
  • Maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and operational runbooks
  • Provide subject matter expertise in security concepts and design, build, and maintain technology solutions
  • Determine implementation, sizing, integration, onboarding, and operationalization details from architectural designs
  • Evaluate patches, updates, maintenance, and impacts of new standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (SaaS) in an enterprise environment
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and directory services
  • Working knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, and least privilege
  • Experience supporting access reviews, certifications, and audit evidence requests
  • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, Active Directory, and LDAP
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • University/college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience typically required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Subject to additional background checks required by the specific government client contract
  • Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace when approved for remote work
  • PNC will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position
