About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute routine transactions and processes using standard policies and procedures
- Handle specialized products or functional areas as assigned
- Partner internally with service partners to route calls, documents, and action items
- Ensure materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
- Confirm equipment is operational when applicable
- Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests with documentation
- Provide feedback on workflow and received work
- Review transactions and related documents for accuracy and conformance to service levels and policies
- Verify work processes and support customer-focused, risk-managed operations within PNC’s Health Care Operations organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience is not required
- No university or college degree, high school diploma, or GED is required
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of operational functions and products and services
- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Knowledge of standard operating procedures

- Must work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Must be eligible to work without employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT
- Ability to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
