About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college bachelor's degree typically required
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may substitute for a degree
  • Knowledge of strategy and business analysis
  • Ability to identify operational pain points and translate them into AI/GenAI opportunities
  • Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and transformation strategies
  • Product management experience, including requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
  • Ability to partner with lines of business, technology teams, risk partners, and senior leaders
  • Strong facilitation and consulting skills
  • Program and project management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing executive summaries, presentations, and strategic recommendations
  • Data analysis skills supporting prioritization and decision-making
  • Experience supporting use-case intake, review, and approval processes
  • Preferred background in strategy, business consulting, product management, process improvement, data and analytics, or technology transformation
  • Familiarity with banking operations, risk, and regulatory environments is beneficial
  • Understanding of GenAI concepts, use cases, deployment patterns, and AI fundamentals is nice to have
  • Familiarity with RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms is nice to have
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC does not participate in STEM OPT
