About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with senior leaders to support business priorities and organizational goals
  • Coordinate annual business plans, team objectives, and operational initiatives
  • Track progress against strategic commitments and KPIs
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence
  • Orchestrate cross-functional inputs and interlocks across Technology, HR, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls, suppliers, and service providers
  • Facilitate operating rhythms, stakeholder enablement cadences, executive reporting, and leader forums
  • Contribute to executive reporting for the workforce pillar of the Technology Strategy
  • Streamline operational processes and complexity to maximize efficiency and value
  • Manage workforce-related operational risks through the technology workforce risk framework
  • Enable scaling of Technology’s global operating model through offshore delivery acceleration and capability integration
  • Lead execution and implementation of business planning processes
  • Design strategic plans based on forecasts and provide improvement recommendations
  • Develop solutions, roadmaps, and assessments of potential business impacts
  • Execute opportunities that add significant business value and achieve business goals
  • Consult and influence decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment
  • Advocate for best practices and learning plans supporting business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree, specifically a Bachelor’s degree
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Knowledge of accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, business process design, data gathering and analysis
  • Effective communications, influencing, tactical and strategic planning, problem solving, and strategic thinking
  • Specific certifications are often required for roles at this level, though none are required for this position
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
