About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a critical operational support service, process, capability, or initiative within an operational unit
Ensure performance and/or risk indicators are met
Establish and monitor process performance measurements and business impact
Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management
Monitor production workflow and assist team members with escalated process issues
Independently identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
Monitor production and/or process effectiveness and efficiency
Determine and drive change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Independently resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities
Monitor and reconcile data reported to a Swap Data Repository under CFTC Rules, particularly Parts 43 and 45
Ensure accuracy of data used for Portfolio Reconciliation under CFTC Rule Part 23
Contribute to initiatives involving transmission and reconciliation of related data, including process enhancements and significant upgrades

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, comparable education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
Bachelor's education listed
Knowledge of accountability, customer solutions, compliance, process improvements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures
Accuracy and attention to detail
Consulting, decision making, and critical thinking
Effective communications
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of operational functions, problem solving, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures
Must be able to work in a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
