About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships
  • Support relationship managers within the Public Finance team
  • Gather required documentation
  • Prepare, review, and verify documents and relevant information for accuracy
  • Perform common processing while ensuring compliance with standard regulations and processes
  • Administer implementation plans as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners
  • Escalate client implementation and servicing issues as necessary
  • Initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems and applications
  • Provide reports as needed
  • Perform general administrative support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree or equivalent degree, plus related experience or product knowledge
  • Typically 3+ years of experience
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may substitute for a degree
  • Knowledge of business decisions, client counseling, client relationship building, competitive advantages, customer experience, personal initiative, and relationship management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer support policies, standards, and procedures
  • Decision-making and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
