About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support experienced bankers in their engagement with PNC's client base
- Support the core activities of the client team and line of business
- Apply knowledge to drive business results, including deal, sales, process support, customer interaction, and internal projects
- Support businesses across Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Healthcare, Specialty Industries, Public Finance, and Credit Products Group
- Cover and support a specific region from a PNC hub location
- Participate in networking with business representatives and peers
- Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach
- Complete classroom learning and a case study
Requirements
What you’ll need- Working toward a bachelor's degree
- Sophomore or junior status
- Preferred business-relevant major, such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Actuarial Sciences
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role
