About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the overall strategy for the business functional unit within operations
  • Execute the operating plan and communicate strategy to the operations team
  • Manage multiple functions across one or more sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree typically required
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience typically required
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of accountability, customer solutions, compliance, process improvements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures
  • Competency in decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, industry knowledge, internal resource coordination, operational functions, operational risk, problem-solving, process management, and standard operating procedures
  • No required certifications
  • No required licenses
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position
