Key responsibilities & impact

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple medium to large-scale projects simultaneously
Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to define objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans
Facilitate project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive updates
Apply Agile project management principles and methodologies
Coordinate project resources with business priorities and project goals
Monitor performance, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions
Drive accountability for milestones and deliverables
Support project management standards, best practices, and processes
Mentor junior project managers and project team members
Manage complex projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment
Track and report progress, analyze results, forecast trends, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans
Maintain communications with governing bodies and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree, typically a bachelor's degree
3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with varying complexity
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience working in Agile environments and supporting Agile delivery teams
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
PMP certification preferred but not required
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarizen
Experience mentoring or coaching junior project managers and project team members
No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation provided
