Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple medium to large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to define objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans
  • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive updates
  • Apply Agile project management principles and methodologies
  • Coordinate project resources with business priorities and project goals
  • Monitor performance, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions
  • Drive accountability for milestones and deliverables
  • Support project management standards, best practices, and processes
  • Mentor junior project managers and project team members
  • Manage complex projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment
  • Track and report progress, analyze results, forecast trends, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans
  • Maintain communications with governing bodies and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University/college degree, typically a bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with varying complexity
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience working in Agile environments and supporting Agile delivery teams
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP certification preferred but not required
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarizen
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior project managers and project team members
  • No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation provided
