About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct quality control for Dealer Floorplan loan servicing and maintenance requests
- Perform due diligence on monetary transactions and account or record maintenance requests
- Review complex transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and policy adherence
- Return requests to the submitting entity for correction when errors are identified
- Use PSUI to submit wire funds for release when requests are error-free
- Support same-day funding service-level agreements for Commercial and Auto portfolios
- Support new dealer onboarding activities
- Assist with escalations and answer team members’ questions, especially in the absence of a Team Lead or Manager
- Support special projects and work outside standard production activities
- Provide leadership with insight into issues, trends, and escalations
- Identify root causes and support corrective actions and process improvements
- Work with staff to develop and improve incoming quality
- Provide recommendations for issues and continuous improvement projects
- Participate in supervisor touch-base meetings and maintain normal production and quality review work throughout the day
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required for roles at this level
- Less than 1 year of professional experience typically required, and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may substitute for a degree
- Knowledge of change management, corporate governance, data analytics, process efficiencies, process improvements, and risk assessments preferred
