About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply specialty product knowledge to day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans
- Ensure compliance with loan documents, accurate transaction processing, and timely stakeholder reporting
- Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply loan terms accurately in servicing activities
- Perform covenant monitoring, compliance testing, and quality control reviews
- Resolve non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties
- Review and process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements as needed
- Assist with investor, internal, and regulatory reporting
- Maintain accurate and current loan servicing records
- Support onboarding of new loans and transitions of paid-off or transferred loans
- Support tax and insurance administration
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts as needed
- Review reports to identify exceptions and contribute to risk mitigation
- Serve as a subject matter resource and provide specialty product training as needed
- Communicate with borrowers regarding financial test results and required follow-up actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree, typically a Bachelor's degree
- Less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
- Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex loan agreements
- Experience analyzing financial statements preferred
- Knowledge of covenant monitoring and testing
- Knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory compliance
- Analytical thinking and financial analysis skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer interaction and relationship management skills
- Decision-making and critical-thinking skills

- No required licenses
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not provide sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
- Must be able to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
