About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead critical operational support and implementation of complex services, processes, capabilities, or initiatives within an operational unit
- Oversee performance and risk indicators
- Establish process performance measurements and oversee business impact
- Implement critical business support services
- Communicate performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
- Promote production workflow and oversee escalated process issues
- Identify and manage resolution of exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
- Coach operations process managers and team members
- Drive change and improvement efforts in production and processes
- Develop and oversee policy changes and improvements
- Collaborate with executives, business partners, and team members to secure understanding and support for business services and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- University/college degree typically required
- Bachelor's degree listed under Education
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Knowledge of accountability, customer solutions, compliance, personal initiative, process improvements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures
- Competence in accuracy and attention to detail, business process design, consulting, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, problem solving, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree
- No required certifications

- Must be able to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if approved for remote work
