About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide ongoing collateral monitoring activities for lines of credit
  • Maintain accuracy of availability on ACBS
  • Conduct reconcilement of the workbook per the customer portfolio
  • Ensure all required documents are received
  • Input collateral values accurately into the borrowing base certificate/ECC module of ACBS
  • Resolve discrepancies with team leads, relationship managers, and underwriting
  • Submit reviews in the system for QC final approval
  • Collaborate with team for exceptional customer experience
