About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement enterprise-wide QA architecture, standards, and best practices.
Establish scalable automation frameworks supporting UI, API, database, cloud, and event-driven applications.
Drive Quality Engineering transformation initiatives aligned with Agile and DevOps practices.
Architect testing solutions that support continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous delivery.
Lead adoption of AI-powered testing solutions including automated test case generation, intelligent defect prediction, and triage.
Develop strategies leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot and AI test generation platforms.
Design and maintain enterprise automation architectures utilizing in-house capabilities.
Lead automation of functional, integration, regression, accessibility, performance, and API testing.
Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor and coach QE Leads, Automation Engineers, and Test Architects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Multiple years of Quality Engineering experience.
5+ years designing enterprise automation frameworks.
3+ years leading QA architecture or principal automation engineering initiatives.
Experience implementing AI-enabled testing solutions in large-scale environments.
Automation skills: Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, Cucumber BDD.
Programming languages: Java, Python.
