About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day administrative soundness of a particular region(s) by providing administrative support.
  • Support regional/market leadership by preparing and distributing reports to support their particular line of business.
  • Act as a communication point of contact and gather appropriate business specific feedback.
  • Serve as proxy for expense reports and expense requests.
  • Oversee calendar management, submit work requests, process invoices, ensure vacation, time and attendance are entered into the appropriate database.
