About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create impactful digital solutions that shape product strategy and user experience
Collaborate with designers, agile teams, and product leaders
Execute UX efforts that help individuals and families better understand their investment goals and decisions
Apply your UX and UI skills to an established product by owning the end-to-end experience
Understand problems and goals, map user flows, and prototype interactions
Leverage insights from user interviews and other research analysis to understand user needs
Facilitate brainstorming and design sessions
Communicate design strategy to teammates and partners
Work closely with front-end developers and product managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Natural collaborator and excellent communicator
Strong experience in creating end-to-end digital solutions through ideation, user research, wireframing, and design iteration
Experience supporting UX/UI initiatives for Agile development teams
Experience working with the Figma suite of design tools
Knowledge and experience in the financial industry is desired but not required
