About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner for between our MarTech team and Retail Banking, helping guide how consumer banking experiences are envisioned, designed, and delivered on PNC.com.
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Technology, Line of Business partners and digital agency, focusing on defining what experiences should be built and why, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enterprise strategy.
- Contribute to the reimagining of PNC’s digital experiences and the underlying capabilities that power them, helping shape decisions during updates to PNC.com and the ongoing evolution of the platform.
- Represent Retail Banking throughout the discovery, planning, and design of PNC.com enhancements.
- Partner with Marketing and Line of Business leaders to identify strategic and scalable use cases for digital experiences and personalization.
- Ensure Retail priorities are clearly articulated and reflected in enterprise digital decisions.
- Identify competitive gaps that can be closed.
- Translate business objectives into end‑to‑end digital journeys, guiding and identifying how Adobe Experience Manager delivers meaningful, personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with Design and Development teams to ensure digital experiences deliver on strategic intent, not just functional requirements.
- Apply design thinking, test‑and‑learn methodologies, and performance analytics to evaluate experience effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market trends to inform recommendations and influence experience roadmaps.
- Facilitate intake, briefing, and alignment conversations, ensuring clarity across a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Ensure digital experiences meet operational, regulatory, and risk requirements in partnership with governance teams and can be executed at scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or experience strategy.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and the broader Adobe ecosystem.
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives spanning design, technology, and business partners.
- Comfort using data and insights to make informed, strategic recommendations.
- Experience supporting or participating in large-scale digital transformations.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to connect marketing goals, customer needs, and digital technology to unlock business value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
- Comfort operating within a matrixed organization and influencing without direct authority.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Analytical orientation with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Customer‑centric perspective with an understanding of Retail Banking priorities and customer journeys.
