About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

communicate effective compliance programs to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices
coach and mentor junior staff and raise issues to senior team members
support key business initiatives by analyzing and drawing conclusions from data
provide resolutions to manage and mitigate compliance risks
identify compliance impact on marketing materials, sales programs, and product development
review compliance reports to identify deeper issues and common themes
implement new/enhanced reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of industry-relevant experience
knowledge of compliance reporting
customer risk assessment skills
understanding of regulatory requirements
decision-making capabilities
risk assessments and control management
strong analytical skills
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
