About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • communicate effective compliance programs to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices
  • coach and mentor junior staff and raise issues to senior team members
  • support key business initiatives by analyzing and drawing conclusions from data
  • provide resolutions to manage and mitigate compliance risks
  • identify compliance impact on marketing materials, sales programs, and product development
  • review compliance reports to identify deeper issues and common themes
  • implement new/enhanced reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • knowledge of compliance reporting
  • customer risk assessment skills
  • understanding of regulatory requirements
  • decision-making capabilities
  • risk assessments and control management
  • strong analytical skills
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
