About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide continuous backlog management
Assist the Product Owner in bringing new functionality to life through the Product Development Lifecycle
Work with internal users and leadership to determine requirements and priority
Research, obtain, and document business requirements
Conduct current state/future state analysis and gap assessments
Basic workflow mapping
Work with the product team to establish a plan for new functionality
Work with design to create prototypes
Translate new functionality into JIRA epics and tickets
Plan for dependencies between tickets
Attend established scrum ceremonies
Assist in Sprint planning
Review ongoing development work in QA environment
Backlog management
Review developer tickets for final approval
Participate in team-wide testing sessions
Write and execute User Acceptance Testing
Assist in Business End to End testing before releases

Requirements

2+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree
