About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Analytics) to bring campaigns to life
- Assist with audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to help optimize marketing performance
- Contribute to development of messaging, content, and marketing materials aligned to brand and business goals
- Develops and executes complex marketing programs/ initiatives and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications
- Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends
- Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and grow within marketing
- Ability to think critically, analyze data, and translate insights into action
- Effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for deliverables, with attention to detail
- university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
