About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop workplace planning and interior design solutions that advance project objectives (user experience, functionality, sustainability, and brand)
  • Lead and coordinate pre-design and design activities with external architects/designers, vendors, and internal project teams; align on scope, deliverables, and decision points
  • Maintain strong knowledge of workplace strategy, space planning, and FF&E/finish trends; research and recommend solutions that improve consistency, performance, and cost effectiveness at scale
  • Translate brand standards, design guidelines, and culture into cohesive design narratives and deliverables (e.g., test fits, finish palettes, furniture plans, and presentation materials)
  • Collaborate continuously with internal partners, consultants, and service providers (in person and virtually) to resolve issues and keep deliverables on track

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Proficiency with design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD/Autodesk products, Bluebeam)
  • Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset; sound judgment and proactive problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree
  • No Required Certification(s)
