Key responsibilities & impact

servicing a portfolio of participated commercial loans while maintaining alignment with agent bank records and activity.
processing loan advances, applying payments, completing rollovers and conversions, and resolving past due balances and overpayments.
performing reconciliation activities by reviewing agent bank notices and transaction breakdowns and comparing them to internal systems and records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
communication primarily conducted through email with agent banks, with limited phone interaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Commercial Loan Operations.
Working knowledge of participated/syndicated loan servicing.
Experience with ACBS and CLASS/Commercial Lending Servicing Portal (CLSP) preferred.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
