About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads, directs, and/or supports projects as defined by role
Drives the elicitation/build of business needs (requirements/user stories) and testing strategies
Responsible for collection and interpretation of business requirements/user stories
Partnering with multiple stakeholders aligning business needs and expectations
Responsible for guiding the business needs in collaboration with the technical team regarding testing strategy
Supports applicable policy and procedure documentation
Provides consultation to clients on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project management
Develops and maintains of all applicable policy and procedure documentation
Provides expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of relevant professional experience
University / college degree, or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
