Key responsibilities & impact

applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions
consults and advises customers, investors, and external and internal business partners to execute transactions
reviews transactions and related documents including collateral and construction requirements
verifies work processes for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established procedures
participates in risk mitigation activities
may serve as a subject matter resource and provide specialty product training

Requirements

What you’ll need

experience supporting Agency and Commercial Lending products
ability to read, interpret, and apply credit agreements
advanced proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formula creation, accrual calculations, and spreadsheet analysis
end to end understanding of Commercial loan processing
ability to identify potential risks, gaps, and control weaknesses within processes
