About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred
Knowledge in Agile Project Management, Application Development, Business Management, Customer Solutions, Design, Group Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Program Management, Project Management, Release Management, Risk Management, Software Solutions, User Experience (UX) Design
Experience with Business Assessment, Business Process Modeling, IT Environment, IT Project Management, Requirements Analysis, Technical Writing/Documentation, Workflow Analysis
