About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business
  • Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients
  • Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk
  • Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty
  • Builds effective network of internal and external relationships
  • Leverages reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
  • ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk
  • preferred skills: Book Of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit Processes, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities
  • education: Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience
