About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business
- Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients
- Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk
- Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty
- Builds effective network of internal and external relationships
- Leverages reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
- ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk
- preferred skills: Book Of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit Processes, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities
- education: Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience
