Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance business planning methodologies and drive execution of key line-of-business strategies.
  • Define and implement business planning processes that align with line-of-business objectives
  • Design and oversee execution of strategic plans grounded in forecasts, operational insights, and business priorities
  • Establish and drive key initiatives, growth strategies, and programs that deliver measurable impact
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for advancing business planning practices and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in business planning, strategy development, or program management
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and influencing senior decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of risk management practices and customer-focused service delivery
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
