Senior Business Experience and Planning Associate – Technology & Operational Risk Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives.
- Absorbs critical administrative workload (calendar, meetings, communications, reporting), enabling leaders to focus on risk oversight, governance, and strategic priorities.
- Coordinates cross-team activities, executive materials, and daily workflow management.
- Handles time sensitive information and prioritization of executive commitments.
- Supports financial and operational processes (e.g., vendor invoicing, reporting) that enable continuity of business activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- MS Office - highly proficient.
