About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts for web-based applications
Build and enhance UI test automation frameworks using Playwright
Utilize Jira Xray for test management, defect tracking, and reporting
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business and technical requirements
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Support regression, integration, and functional testing efforts
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation coverage
Ensure alignment with PNC’s SDLC and quality engineering standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with Jira Xray for test management
Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Experience building or executing UI tests using Playwright
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts
Exposure to or experience working with Salesforce platforms
Experience writing, executing, and documenting test cases
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
