About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts for web-based applications
- Build and enhance UI test automation frameworks using Playwright
- Utilize Jira Xray for test management, defect tracking, and reporting
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business and technical requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Support regression, integration, and functional testing efforts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation coverage
- Ensure alignment with PNC’s SDLC and quality engineering standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with Jira Xray for test management
- Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience building or executing UI tests using Playwright
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts
- Exposure to or experience working with Salesforce platforms
- Experience writing, executing, and documenting test cases
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
